I was diagnosed in 2020 at the age of 28. I have had counselling and CBT with various people before I was diagnosed, and they would be frustrated with me and give me solutions that didn’t work for me. 

I started coaching with Helen and for the first time in my life I had someone that understood what I felt like and understood how my brain worked. Helen gave me ways of dealing with my ADHD and coping mechanisms, which I use daily and will continue to use for as long as I need to. She also gave me positive affirmations to help me stay positive and less alone. I could not have asked for a better person to help me through this journey, and I don’t even recognise the person I was at the beginning of treatment. I feel like I owe her so much!
