Born in London, my family moved to Australia when I was four and this is where I grew up.

As a young teenager, I discovered a curious passion for understanding how the human mind works and why we behave the way we do. It was then I decided to study to become a Psychologist.  After completing my Masters degree in counselling psychology  I worked with private individuals and in various business settings as a Practitioner Psychologist for many years before returning to my roots in England.

Married with two children, I now live in Manchester and run my own private psychology practice. I am a HCPC registered counselling psychologist and a chartered member of the British Psychological Society.

If you choose to work with me, you’ll find I’m highly motivated, enthusiastic and energetic as well as being professional and informal.  I believe that, at the right time, a sense of humour helps to normalise problems and supports you in coming to terms with the challenges you face.

I understand that choosing a Psychologist to work with is often based on personal fit, so feel free to give me a call.
